The Burns Monument , Regent Terrace , at dawn

I walked to St Andrews House for an early meeting this morning.

As the light began to show in the East the moon was still bright , even though the clouds were already reflecting the first glimpse of the sun on what was a cold start to a long day.

What better place to begin it ?
