Goodhew

Arlo took his fearlessness in the swimming pool to knew heights today, jumping in sans arm bands and then with a little help from Mum or Dad swimming back to the side of the pool. My rugby match in the afternoon wasn't quite so impressive - a cold, wet and muddy match down at North Berwick one of those body on the line kind of days, painful.

Out with friends on Friday night and conversation inevitably shifted to music and mutual gigs we'd attended. Trawling through the minor indie bands that visited Aberdeen during our time there. It was only today I remembered seeing Ultrasound, bloody good they were too.
