P staying back with us - arrived on Monday night and needed a run into work this morning so very early start....gladI don't have to commute early day.  

Down to beach to clear my head after I got back - cold weather didn't deter 3 young surfers - otherwise the beach was deserted.  

Can't beat this view......

Result of first assessment back from the OU - pleased with the result which sets the baseline back also know that I can do better.
