I Love ... Advent

Rejoice! Rejoice!
Emmanuel shall come to thee, o Israel!

Nothing compares to the wonderful gift that we celebrate at Christmas. Nothing comes close. I have a bookmark that says, "Christ first. No close seconds," and how true that is. My prayer today is that we will live that out, myself included! Put Christ above all else in your thoughts, your desires, your hopes, your plans, your relationships, your words, your actions; only then do we truly live.
