A very heavy frost this morning, so after Kate's misadventures yesterday, I took it very easy on my walk to church. By the time I came out though it was pouring with rain.
Undaunted, I was determined to do my 12500 steps today or I would fail on my 5 out of 7 days this week. So I set off and got very wet as I walked to Comely Bank Waitrose to pick up a parcel, then up Orchard Brae to get a bus home once I'd decided enough was enough!
Picked up Eilidh from after school Club in the pitch dark to take her home then had an exciting trip to Morrisons to round off the day. The joys of retirement. It was dry by this evening, I've got an early, for me, start tomorrow so let's hope it's not so cold.
