Goats Cheese & Bacon Frittata

Tried something different this evening for dinner, I made a frittata. It took way longer than I thought it would to cook (in fact after I took this picture I put it back in the oven for a good 15 minutes), and next time I'd season it more. For a first attempt though, I'm pleased.
