Habits

Today I have been attending a coaching course, one that I go to 4 times a year.

It gives me ideas, strategies, enthusiasm and insight into how to be the run my business and be a better me (impossible I hear you say...)

So today I made these folks my 706th blip, as we were doing a session on habits. Blip is a great habit.
