Spent Poppy

From my Red poppies, this seed head which is looking a little frazzled.
Just the way I am feeling with a very stiff neck, and the day being so hot.
I have stayed inside all day, we are just not used to this heat, at one stage the thermometer outside read 38 degrees!!!
