An elf?

In the center of the village is a giant sleigh whereupon Santa Claus is sitting. In front of it a similarly large reindeer. I can tell by the nose that its name is not Rudolf. The driver of the sled is waiting with a bit bored expression on her face. I have looked it up, but can't find information on the driver of Santa. I now think that she must represent an elf. Please correct me if I'm wrong .
