The Whiteshill Wives art class tree
Wow, that's a bit of a mouthful!
Two visits today to St Laurence's church Christmas tree festival, first with Steve at lunchtime, and later with the children on the way back from school. I also accompanied Steve to the Country Market at Minchinhampton this morning, and went over to college to get some documents sorted out.
With the children I made cookies for a bake sale tomorrow, and omelettes for their supper. They went down well. Next trip was to the cinema for the Live Streaming of Anthony and Cleopatra, featuring Sophie Okonedo and Ralph Fiennes in the lead roles. Wow, what staging and costumes! The dresses!!!
We had a brief power cut/outage during the streaming, but that's by the by. It's been more annoying not having data on my phone all day, or finding that every message I send gets relayed 27 times or not at all. I'm one of the Tesco Mobile customers affected by the problems at O2, which is part of Telefonica, which gets its software from Ericsson. It's a global problem, apparently. Here's hoping that 4G and normal service will be resumed.
