I cold called someone to ask for a meeting to discuss an upcoming request for proposals. I was so uncomfortable asking in the first place that I had to laugh at myself, I was asking for a meeting, not for her to go out with me!

She said yes. We met today. She was perfectly lovely and of course every other company is calling her to discuss the same potential project. 

Then I met someone in Union Station and saw the Norwegian Christmas Tree. You can be 5, you can be 50, when you gasp in amazement it is endearing and the man showing me where I needed to be enjoyed my reaction.
