When Carys met Darcey!

Trip to London to see the physio instead of ballet class. Good news is it's mostly muscle spasm, bad news is, it may take a while.

Carys met Darcey at the Royal Opera House, where she was signing her book. (One of C's Christmas presents). Meeting her made C smile properly for the first time all week and somehow they ended up talking about Gary Avis!

We went to Pineapple, where we caught up with Emma and told her what Luke said about the hip. She's happy for C to miss BBA on Sunday and as much ABA as necessary.

We then went back to the Royal Opera House to watch the film showing of the 2005 Royal Ballet Sylvia, starring Darcey Bussell. It was fun spotting today's principals in the Corps. Darcey also did a Q&A session before hand which was interesting. So a good end to a trying week for Carys.
