Urbis

I had a brilliant day at my first Parkour session. I have lost the use of my legs after squat jumping over slabs and i can't feel my fingers after hanging from brick walls.

So as i lay on the floor trying to will myself back up to a vertical stance I thought I would grab this image of the Urbis in Manchester.
