I took a couple of photos this morning when I got up to make a brew - not brilliant quality but I like the colours. Busily cooking now as we're having a football-fest; two games back-to-back, though I'm not sure why I might want to watch Lesta against Spurs but hey ho!

Cooking vegan food is a bit tricky - every time I lean over for something I have to stop and think about its vegan credentials. I usually cook with a lot of butter but that's not a runner. I wanted to add some honey to a sauce but that's a no-no too. I'd rather be cooking a nice beef casserole with suet dumplings - I'll do that later in the week.
