Firth of Forth

2nd Saturday of the month, and as mentioned a few days ago we took the train over to Inverkeithing and thereafter walked back to South Queensferry ...

... as you can see from the Forth Rail Bridge snap, the weather was extremely kind to us :-)

Really was a *most enjoyable* day --- walked from Inverkeithing Station; around part of the Fife Coastal Path; over the Forth Road Bridge; then finished up at the 'Hawes Inn' for a bit of festive-refreshment :-)

Caught a much later train back home, from Dalmeny to Haymarket!
