Routeburn Track

We have walked the Routeburn Track (32 km) twice before, staying in a hut overnight. today we drove from our motel in Glenorchy to the start of the track- I walked to Routeburn Flat hut (15 km) return, and Jill and Maree went to the next hut (Routeburn Falls hut) so walked 20 km.
I enjoyed walking back by myself in such beautiful surroundings, and stopping to take photos. Today’s Blip is of the Routeburn River cascading over rocks.
Beautiful country- great sandflies! However, they weren’t too bad today
