Draining Down

We have been waiting for Ken our irrigation fitter who does the jobs I can't or don't want to do to fit us a new liner in one of the water storage tanks for about six months.He rang today to book in for next Monday just when the tank is full for the first time in months.So I have started to empty it of 18000 gallons of water and the last part we have to syphon out because it is below the low level of the low level safety cut out sensor.
