Closed again
That’s 178 days in a row. The challenge for this month is to have 28 workouts. With one every day since December 1st, I’m off to a good start. Since the challenge states that the workout should be at least 15 minutes, Nienke suggested I split my usual 40 minute workouts into two 20 minute workouts. That doesn’t seem to be in the spirit of the challenge, but I might give it a go just to see if that will actually work :-)
