A 5 year old!

What a great Birthday!  We were in a hall with the adults round coffee tables on the 'stage' area and the children on the floor of the hall with a couple of ladies who covered them with very fetching pink aprons and had them decorating wooden boxes, doing a pass the parcel and 'Statues' with the difference that no one was 'out'!  ;-))

Tea was pasta with a choice of cheese sauce or tomato sauce, turkey meatballs and grated cheese.  Jelly and meringues and jam tarts for afters.  I took lots of photos and was pleased with a few.  There was a Pinata and in the extra you have Grandbaby's hands full of goodies she has picked from the cascading goodies from the pinata!!!

I had a lot of trouble with the lack of light.  Low speeds are unpractical with children! and while it often works an aperture of 2.8 is not very good either.  I resorted to flash at one stage but I'm not keen on that either!
