Sun!

Today felt like the first sunny day in ages. Determined to make the most of it we drove out to Aberfoyle for some adventure running or a 'runsplore' as G calls it around Arachay Forest - a big old bit of forest in the Trossachs. 
Many miles run (more than planned of course), wet feet, unexpected height gain and some interesting off piste-ness we definitely felt like we'd maxed out the day.
