Hearty Rye

This is a slice of Swedish crisp bread. Very coarse, and full-bodied in taste. I have loved it since my childhood. I was so happy when I found it in our local grocery store here on Saltspring Island. Alas, now they have discontinued it! This is my very last slice, and I had it for dinner today.
