Victoria had a day off from work today so she visited during the morning, bringing her knitting with her. We had pizza for lunch from Domino’s; it was forty-six minutes late, so I have made a complaint.

Before her arrival I spent more time on the telephone to BT as although we have a new “Smart Hub”, it signal is worse than the old one. Although we have the new hub installed it is still working on the old copper feed and will not be upgraded to the fibre cable until 13 December. I had originally been told that it would not be fully working until 13 December as not all of the outside work had been completed, but then on Thursday 6 December, someone rang to say it was already fully working. Not so and the date of 13 December is still the completion date.
