Emails

Today I mostly sat here and answered emails. Sigh....

I did however win a small battle with John Lewis. Or John Bloody Lewis as it is now known in this house. 

Part of an order from 6 weeks ago never turned up - a fact acknowledged by JL at the time, but getting a refund from them has been pure torture. In the end I had to get PayPal to intervene and was about ten minutes away from taking to Twitter about it when the refund arrived. I have told them today I shall never order from them, nor shop in their stores ever again. That is of course a complete lie.
