What a day we're experiencing here in the UK... I have long thought that the responsibility of government is far too serious a matter to be left in the hands of politicians. The trouble is all the alternatives are unthinkable... not seeing too much in the way of democracy today.

Still, I did get a ride in this amazing machine this morning. Sidney is ploughing after the beet harvester getting ready for a crop of spring barley to be sown in the next few days.
