Missing a Piece

The tree I blipped a week or two back and had hopes of it becoming a blip standby has lost a piece - possibly quite a large one too.   The dropped pieces can be seen on the ground :-(

I had thought the sky was looking interesting around 3:00 this afternoon but by the time I had gone anywhere with a good view it was not quite what I was expecting so a change of plan and I arrived on the Lighthorne Road when there was at least a little of the colour remaining.

Looks better large on black if you have the time.

Aside from that I had a less than exciting day avoiding the news,  clearing leaves from a section of guttering and washing a car!
