Rise

Another sculpture by Andy Scott of Kelpies fame.  This one has been around for just over 10 years.

I remember about 4 years ago being all set up with the tripod for a night shot (it was a freezing cold night), and after waiting for about an hour, the lights didn't come on.    So this is a much delayed picture of it.
