Impression Sunrise

I was driving to the golf course this morning when I spotted the sun climbing over the horizon but still under the cloud.

By the time I'd reached the nearest lay-by and got hold of my little camera it had almost disappeared again but I fired off a quick shot. Now, whether it was haste causing my hand to shake or the lens misting over in the cold air or a combination of the two, this was the result. Anyway, I rather liked the Monet-esque effect and it saves you from another blip of the 13th. I played shockingly again.

The afternoon was spent baking the weekly bread and discovering we need new Christmas tree lights, which are now twinkling onthe tree.
