Alternative Christmas Tree

By car, by plane, by rail and a short walk, and we arrived at our hotel in Berlin, late this afternoon.

After unpacking and a meal out, we had a wander over the River Spree, and found this amazing tree of lights. The evening was finished off with some Gluhwein in a small Christmas market near our hotel.

A lovely festive start to our trip.
