On the buses

It was a lovely surprise when my bus driver gave me a Christmas card - and not just me but all the passengers!

It was signed from ‘your local neighbourhood bus driver’ which I loved. What a nice thing to do. It definitely made the journey much more fun, as I watched people’s reactions when they got on board and were given a card. Smiling kids, smiling older folks. Lots of smiles.

When it was time to get off at my stop, I asked for a blip and got a smile from the driver too :-)
