New gate

I went for a late afternoon walk around Mona Vale gardens and noticed that the new gate in the repaired brick wall into the extended car park is now open.  The brick homestead, built around 1900, was damaged in the earthquakes and repairs were completed over a year ago at a cost of NZ$3.2m. I did wondered if they had run out of money boundary wall repairs, .
