Late lamented wallpaper

This is the last remaining section of my fave pub wallpaper in my fave Morningside pub, The Hermitage, where today I've taken refuge from the bitter cold and excrutiatingly painful Christmas shopping.
The custodians of this hostelry have chosen to replace this beautiful wall covering with, wait for it . . . . . .
MAGNOLIA emulsion.   Ugh!
Well, I suppose they have shown a modicum of taste in retaining at least one wall worth.
Today I do however commend them on their selection of Jarl as the guest craft beer.   Selling well so perhaps they will see the Fyne Ales light and get in more.
