During the war a friend was evacuated as a young child.with her mother and brother to Argyll.  One day she spent her few pennies on a tiny 3 cm long doll’s table ornament at a church fair because she liked the horses.  Later her mother was told that her daughter had a good eye for a bargain as it was made of silver.  We have no idea what the illustration is but perhaps some knowledgeable blipper has.
