Icy morning

This is the view from inside the car after scraping the windcreen in the morning.

Got up sharpish to make my 1st visit of the year to the gym. Well better late than never. It was surprisingly quiet there - I'm thinking other sensible people were having a lie in.

Later in the day we visited our neighbours across the road for a wee drink and nibbles to discuss holidays. We probably put all the calories back on that we lost at the gym.
