Ma wean, Ma granwean, Ma dug too

Here we have A with MF and Breesha. We had a lovely day starting with a good walk with Breesha alongside the Kelvin at Garscube Esate followed by lunch then a swim. MF really loves being in the pool, such a lovely experience for a wee baby. When we got home I made mac ‘n’ cheese with broccoli and red wine (see extra). Dinner doesn’t sound all that exciting but since my diagnosis of Coeliac Disease earlier this year it’s been quite challenging at times to create dishes like mac ‘n’ cheese which are tasty and that non coeliacs want to to eat. Today I realised that what I’m cooking is tasty, as tasty as it ever was, my family and friends have my back, I feel well, life is good.
