Keeping warm

A conservation day for Cumbria Wildlife Trust at Lancelot Clark Storth reserve. We burnt a huge amount of brash and small branches to keep the rides open for access and for butterflies. The red dot at the back of the photo isn't a rogue fire, but the sun setting as we carried on our work into the late afternoon.
