A Pair of Goosanders.

Quite a chilly day but nice and dry. We stayed around home for Chloe's walks but did end up in Callander this afternoon. It was a bit too chilly so I just took a few photos of the birds on the River Teith. I liked the look of this pair of Goosanders (Mergus Merganser) who were not as shy as usual, even trying to chase off the inevitable Mallard ducks.
Back home and Mag has made soup and stew, think I should get the mixing bowl out and whip up a couple of sponge cakes.
