Break in the Clouds

Only brief but caught my eye on our return from an appointment this afternoon.

A morning of important admin.  Two 'in a queue' calls killed off more of the morning on hold.  Carer's Allowance - how can it take twelve months to sort a claim for someone who is not working?  "Decision made.  You'll get notification in the post."   Now where have I heard that before?   PIP - first call to enrol Jamie in the system.   A sense of trouble ahead but I must wear my hopeful head!   These things just have to be done, better getting on with it than putting it off.

Bought a Christmas tree on our way home.  Let the fun commence :-)
