Big shiny debate

A day of outings. First of all a Google Analytics Course, which I must study to get to grips with.

Then in the evening a challenge to make sense of a debate about Scotland's cultural identity. It seems to be a mish-mash of many influences, and we had a panel to lead us through tales of Scottish literature, music and personal cultural experiences. There was discussion of how we presented the face of Scotland to visitors to our land, and much questioning of the direction we are being taken in when we follow the lead taken by those with the purse strings, i.e. Visit Scotland and Creative Scotland. An intriguing debate, which perhaps raised more questions than it answered.
