Walk

Took the girls out for a walk to see the horse this afternoon. Fresh Air and exercise.

My diagnosis is Invasive ductal cancer and the last few weeks have been pretty intense, my consultant wasn't sure wether to treat me with 6months of Chemotherapy first or Surgery first. The decision is made I am having a radio active seed inserted into the centre of the tumour on the 21st of December and Surgery on the 3rd of January. 

This is the first step and for now that's all I'm going to concentrate on.
