Mud

I had such a happy afternoon /evening today. I went to see friends in one of the Syrian camps. They have 6 little children who are so much fun to be with. I took the mum to the dr for a scan for her latest pregnancy. We drove across a muddy field between the camp and town to get there and I had one of my most nerve wracking driving experiences. The car slid and skidded everywhere. I had no control over it and it was dark. It was a complete miracle we didn't crash into a truck that had got stuck. My friend was calling out prayers in Arabic so I joined in in kurdish! It was quite a journey. I suggested we do the return journey by road which we did!
