Unshackled

After yesterday's walk I felt it was time to allow myself to start driving again.  I still don't have an appointment for the follow up to the operation and in the circumstances I've decided that as long as I take things gently, short drives are certainly no more strenuous than the walks I've been doing.

So I headed for one of my favourite sunrise locations and it didn't disappoint.  The only thing that was frustrating was to return to the car after the walk to find myself minus one camera battery.  I concluded that I could have only dropped it in one of two locations, both near the water.  I headed back and luckily found it just a few inches from the edge of the pond.

Then it was off to the supermarket to get some food for the weekend.
