Graduate of '16, previous performer at Lise Live (as mentioned last week),  this much loved young man and great singer entertainer has visited several times of late.  Curiously, the programme for Lise Live XXX is still on the notice board behind him when, in tenth grade,  he was the lead singer of the last act - didn't realise till I was uploading....

Meanwhile...tho' not recently mentioned, my on going various aches and pains continue, so had a blood test on Tuesday, and results show that my blood sugar level is much too high, so I've been exploring a low carb but still vegetarian diet. Harder than you'd think. Realised I generally eat far too much fruit and potatoes !  Fortunately no carbs in wine.
