Stormy Teignmouth

I had a couple of jobs which took me in different directions this morning. It was the Teignmouth task that provided me with the more attractive photo opportunity. The wind was blowing strongly and a heavy sky was parting enough to let a few rays of sunshine to break through behind the pier. I don't usually photograph the pier from this side, somehow it doesn't usually look so attractive but that didn't seem to be the case today.
