On balance

On balance it was the reflections on the Water of Leith rather than the balcony sunrise, although I've put the latter in the extras.

At the end of a busy week, I had a day at home, supposedly writing, but actually catching up with a huge pile of "stuff". I don't really know what I've achieved today, but I believe that I took slightly more items off the to do list than I put on there. At this rate, I'll be slaving until 6pm on Christmas Eve. That'll teach those that take a proper break over the festive period. I'll catch up with them all, and indeed overhaul them. Oh yes. I will.
