Chess

Was a bit ineffective today, which means ill have to somehow be extra effective tomorrow. Ah well.

Had dinner with my nephew and sister-in-law. He started playing chess, so showed his talents to his papy. And won!

Looking at him, I wondered how adults can hurt kids. How they can justify it. My nephew doesn't know violence and is surrounded by people who love him and treat him with love and respect. Tonight, I do not take this for granted, and appreciate it for the gift that it is.
