Flower Friday

Postman woke me very early this morning to deliver a parcel which the email had said would arrive around 10:30.  Decided to get up and go to do the supermarket shop in case tomorrow's forecast is correct.  Then got a text to collect my new glasses so was able to combine into one trip.  The supermarket was manic - not sure if it was Christmas shoppers or just the forecast!  Flower Friday photo is one of the blooms on a Calandiva plant bought as part of a gift to thank our friend who has been helping out with our church choir (full plant in extras).  It is our carol concert on Sunday.  Having some gluhwein now - just to soothe my throat you understand!
