I use a great site fetcheveryone.com to record all my running. It allows you to set targets and for the past the three years I've attempted to run 500 miles in a year. It's not much really when you think about it, under 10 miles a week. But then if you get injured the miles soon start to get away from you which is what happened in 2010 and 2011.
Today was the day I went over 500 miles, with over a month to spare. Here is the evidence from Fetch along with my ridiculously blue trainers in the background. No more running blips for a while.
