Buon Natale

It has been a tradition in our family to cook cappelletti in a clear broth on Christmas Eve. It's taken all this time to attempt at making our own so today's practice was vital to a tasty pre-festive supper. It was fiddly but Jane, George and I combined to produce a wonderful dish.
