The big Charmer

This is Milky. He is the most special cat I have ever met. He loves being with people and cries loud and persistent the moment one of us volunteers comes to the shelter. So he is the only one roaming freely around when some of us are there.
He has the most peculiar walk, a bit wibbly wobbly and very uncoordinated. He loves to play, has no social antenna for normal cat behavoiur which pisses all the other cats off. He has the energy of three cats combined and finds everything interesting. When he wants to cuddles, he won't take no for an answer and makes sure you understand him.
He is the absolute Charmer with a capital C, and all of us volunteers adore him. The vets have no idea what is wrong with him since all his tests are good, so they speculate that he is born with a brain damage. The only downside is that he is not potty trained which will make it really hard to find him a home. He knows what his sandbox is for but finds it hard to use it every time he has to go.
