Silly Saturday

Before I said goodbye to Ruby and Ben this morning, I blipped this giant monkey that usually sits in a corner of the lounge. I moved him onto the couch to give you some idea of his size. I imagine he is a toy for the grandchildren, but maybe not...

The dire warnings from the BBC weatherpeople were somewhat overblown (for this area anyway) and I managed to make my way home to Balfron with no problems. Phew!

I'm now glued to the Strictly final. Who's going to lift the glitterball trophy this year - Ashley, Faye, Joe or Stacey? Note the tactful alphabetical order ;-)
